Great idea! We just starting using the App at work, only suggestion I would make is to some how show which provider the patient is with ( doctor / hygiene). Developer Response , Great suggestion! We do plan on offering this ability in a future iteration of the app.
Format The format isn’t very helpful when looking at the schedule on the app when you have multiple chairs and multiple providers. You should be able to view it just as it is on the actual schedule and make modifications etc. I read about this problem several years ago and it is still an issue and hasn’t been fixed. Also, you can pull up the schedule through RevenueWell on safari, but the format is not phone friendly and you can’t get anything done from there due to the format. In my opinion I still have to have a computer to do what I need to do which defeats the purpose unfortunately.
